THE HIDEOUT

This elevated CBS home has concrete floors covered in ceramic tile and new carpet in the bedrooms.  The open floor plan is complemented by a twelve foot slider leading to the 28 foot long screened porch overlooking the canal.  Three bedrooms and two bathrooms await your family and friends.  The master bedroom has a new comfort top king mattress and box spring.   Bedroom 2 has a new queen comfort top mattress and box spring.  Bedroom 3 has one twin bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. These beds all have new (Jan. 2015) premium mattresses. All bedrooms have nice linens.  A new pack-n-play is stored in the master closet for that Grandbaby! The shower in the master bathroom is five foot long and features two shower heads. Both bathrooms feature tile showers, new faucets, and new elongated toilets. The vaulted living room has a great couch, oversized chair and a comfy recliner plus a very comfortable Castro Convertible Queen Sofa Bed. For everyone’s enjoyment each bedroom has a TV and the living room and master bedroom have HDTV.  The televisions in bedrooms 2 and 3 have built in DVD players.  Also the house comes with WIFI and an ePrinter so that you can print that boarding pass for your return home.
